Roofing Warranty Coverage

1. Overview

At Express Roofing, we stand behind the quality of our work and the products we use. Our warranties offer peace of mind and long-term protection for your investment.

2. Workmanship Warranty

We provide a 10-year workmanship warranty on all full roof replacement services performed by our licensed crew. This warranty covers installation-related defects or issues due to workmanship.

Includes:

  • Roof leaks caused by improper installation
  • Flashing or underlayment failures due to labor errors
  • Misaligned or improperly secured shingles

Excludes:

  • Damage caused by severe weather (hail, tornadoes, ice dams)
  • Foot traffic, homeowner alterations, or structural defects
  • Clogged gutters, pests, or external installations

3. Manufacturer Material Warranties

We install products from leading brands such as GAF and Owens Corning. These manufacturers offer 25–50 year limited warranties on materials depending on the product line selected.

Register your roof to activate manufacturer warranties. We assist with this process upon project completion.

4. Transferability

Our workmanship warranty can be transferred once to a new homeowner within 10 years of installation. Manufacturer warranty terms vary—please check brand documentation.
