Express Roofing was established in 1985 by Michael Cortner, who still to this day owns and operates the business. When you call for an estimate you deal directly with Mike 100% of the time. We have no salesman and we are not a franchised company. We roof approximately 450 residential homes each year with an extremely experienced 15 man crew. We are fully insured, Owens Corning certified roofers ready to take on all your roofing needs. Most homes will be completed by our 10 – 15 man crew in 1 day, from start to clean-up Something to remember while getting estimates for your project, prices will vary greatly even if all companies are using the same materials. Installation is the key to a long lasting roof. Also, the average roofing company only stays in business for 2 years. We are based out of Chelmsford/Westford and serve over 100 surrounding towns. In times like these, with roofing companies going out of business every day, putting down a deposit for your roof is a HUGE RISK. This company is great. They came in to do an estimate within a day and were very thorough and detailed in their estimate. They did the job much soomer than they anticipated because they got a cancellation and asked us if they could come in early. The roof was OLD and it was an extensive roofing job with replacing plywood, etc. and they were neat, organized, cleaned up after themselves and were done in ONE DAY.
Extremely satisfied with our new roof. Crew arrived about 7 am & finished in less then 5 hrs. Danny, the foreman was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his work. From our first contact with owner Mike Cortner to completion of the job it was a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to recommend EXPRESS ROOFING..
It was great. They are a very good company. They were very quick but very thorough and didn’t make a mess whatsoever- that was amazing! Their communication and customer service was excellent -they stayed in touch through out the process.
It went well. They gave an estimate then about two weeks later they came out. It was a quick one day process, they came at seven in the morning and left at seven at night. There were about nine men up on the roof. The high ratings stood out so that’s why I chose them. They were a great company to work with.
